Landlord training

The City of Cincinnati is providing FREE Landlord Training that is designed to help guide property owners and managers on how they can better maintain their property and comply with the city's housing code. The training is being offered in an effort to attract quality tenants and keep illegal activity out of apartment units.

The training will focus on:

• How to spot crime and drug activity on your property.
• Applicant screening and avoiding fair housing issues.
• Property maintenance and working with code enforcement inspectors for a positive outcome.
• Crisis resolution.
