While most rental housing providers think of themselves as pet-friendly, many renters are challenged to find rental housing that accommodates their pet due to breed and size restrictions, as well as rising pet fees. Simultaneously, operators are experiencing more ESA accommodation requests that may simply be an effort by pet owners to keep their pets with them.
