"Stephen L. Marshall graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1996, magna cum laude, with a degree in Secondary Education (History and Political Science). He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2003. As a law student, he served as Articles Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal, Chairman of the College of Law Honor Council, and won two awards for his litigation skills. He was also awarded the Stoll, Keenon & Park Award for Outstanding Writing and was published in the Kentucky Law Journal. He represents and advises the members of the Greater Lexington Apartment Association and many other Central Kentucky property owners and managers on a variety of landlord-tenant issues, and has significant experience in all types of civil litigation. He and his wife, Jan, have four children: Silas, Luke, Claire, and Jake."
