HOW IT WORKS 

FOR OUR ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: Similar to Speed Networking, this IN-PERSON Business Exchange offers you the opportunity to meet one-on-one in 5-minute intervals with key decision makers from several of the participating property owner and management companies. This year, we are eliminating the Pre-Scheduled meetings and will allow our attendees to rotate around the room however they wish. Please note that there may be lines for some of the participating primary member booths; if so, please wait patiently in the line until it is your turn. 

An event booklet will also be provided to all participants with detailed and highly beneficial information on all of our participating companies. As an associate member, you may either submit a full color, half-page ad to include or send a brief paragraph about your company. See more details under Important Deadlines below.

FOR OUR PROPERTY OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT COMPANIES: This is your opportunity to conduct multiple meetings with multiple vendors in one morning, allowing you to easily expand your network of suppliers. 

LUNCH RAFFLE

Purchase raffle tickets - either online or at the event - for your chance to win a lunch package with decision makers. Tickets are $20 each; 3 for $50 or 10 for $100. Drawing will be held at 5:00 pm on May 13, 2025, at Oasis Conference Center. You do not need to be present to win. See package details below and check back for more packages as they are confirmed.

  Lunch for two at Trio Bistro with Megan Lawhon and the team from PLK Communities
• Uptown Rental Properties
  Lunch for two at J Alexanders with Craig Coffman, Ryan Shea, Ryan Jett, and Greg Proffitt with Uptown Rental Properties.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

April 22: VIP Registration ends for Associate Members.
April 22: Early Bird Registration ends for all Associate Members.
April 29: Property Management Registration ends.
April 29: Deadline for Associate Members to submit their half-page ad (7.5" wide by 4.8" tall) or a brief company description for the Event Booklet. If we do not receive your ad or a company description by this date, your information will not be included in the Event Booklet.
May 8: All Registrations close.
May 9: Event booklet emailed to all participants.
