2023 Multifamily Housing Day

The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) is planning to Celebrate Home by bringing back our Apartment Housing Day. This annual Apartment Housing Day Cocktail Reception will be held at Factory 52 Apartments Leasing office located at 4590 Beech Street in Norwood, Ohio, on WEDNESDAY, April 19 from 5 pm to 7 pm. All members are welcome to attend. This free event includes food, beer, wine, soft drinks, door prizes and entertainment.

Last year, we gave away hundreds of dollars worth of door prizes. We expect an even bigger crowd this year so to ensure we prepare enough food and beverages, please register in advance.
