It’s March Madness…
…at the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association’s annual Trade Show on March 22, 2012 at Receptions Banquet Facility. Admission to the Trade Show is FREE again, with free parking, free food and even free beverages. Each attendee will receive 2 FREE Beer Tickets and enjoy discounted beer pricing throughout the evening. So, come and find out what your Associate Members have to offer your company. And be sure to hang around after the show for the $1000 Grand Prize Drawing beginning at 7:45 pm.
Join us for a day of education and fun. This year, we have three hot seminars covering Fair Housing, leasing and marketing and maintenance technicians. Be sure to take advantage of the package deals. Lunch is included with the cost of the package deal as well as with the leasing seminars.
All seminars are eligible for Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for CAM, CAPS and NALP. Fair Housing is pending approval for Real Estate Continuing Education Credit.

Trade Show Sponsorships Are Now Available!
Are you interested in participating in the 2012 Trade Show on March 22 at Receptions Banquet Facility but don’t have the big budget or enough time for a booth? There is still an easy and inexpensive way to get your name out in front of over 1200 people in less than 6 hours.
The Annual Trade Show hosted over 1200 multi-family housing industry professionals last year, and if the trend continues, we are expecting to surpass that number yet again. This is a wonderful opportunity for all associate members, no matter if you have one representative or 100 employees, to get involved through several food and beverage sponsorship opportunities.
All sponsors will be listed on various signage throughout the facility including the big banner in the hospitality room, as well as be mentioned the night of the trade show over the loud speaker and listed in the monthly newsletter. All food and soft drinks are free for the entire evening. Each attendee will receive 2 Free Beer Tickets and as well as enjoy discounted beer prices from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

NOTICE: Trade Show Non-Exhibitor Admission Policy
Effective for the 2012 Trade Show the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) will put into effect a policy which may be of particular interest to GCNKAA Vendor-Members:
NON -EXHIBITING VENDORS AT GCNKAA TRADE SHOW
While the GCNKAA welcomes non-exhibiting vendors to our 2012 Trade Show, the GCNKAAAssociate Council have deliberated on the following topics, and the GCNKAA Board of Directors and Associate Council have developed a new policy.
Non-exhibiting vendor companies may not solicit business via printed material, flyers or handouts in the GCNKAA trade show. Also, non-exhibiting vendor companies may not conduct meetings and/or presentations within the trade show facility and surrounding premises owned by said facility during the trade show hours.
Exhibiting vendors, GCNKAA members and staff who witness such activity are asked to gather printed materials and/or event invitations and provide them to GCNKAA staff, showing that a direct violation of this policy is about to, or has taken place.
Any violation of this policy will result in an invoice and charge equal to the fee for one 6’x 8’ booth being submitted for payment by the offending organization. Also, the offending individual or company shall be banned from any future GCNKAA activities until said invoice is paid in full.
