Reverse Trade Show

A COUPLE OF QUICK TIPS TO HELP YOU MAXIMIZE THIS EVENT

Be prepared:  Be able to describe your company and product or service in 3 to 5 minutes or less.

Have a game plan:  Create and prioritize the companies you and your team plan to meet that evening.

Focus on companies:  Concentrate on seeing companies and not specific owner/management executives.  This event is about getting your company’s information in the hands of someone that can make a buying decision.  If the executive you are visiting with does not control the purchasing of your product or service ask them to pass your info along to the person who handles your area.

Money talks:  Be prepared to provide pricing data.  Tell them how your product or service will save them money or make them money.

Your goal:  To get a follow-up meeting. 

Time is money:  Leave time for the Owner/Management Company to ask you questions.

Collaterals:  Be sure to place your brochures, business cards, etc. on every table whether or not you visit the company.

Show you’re Current Clients Some Love:  Spend the 8:00am to 8:30am networking time to visit with current clients that you may not see during the program.

Be polite:  Be courteous of the Owner/Management Companies and your fellow Associate Members time.  Do not over stay your time.
