Compete in Maintenance Mania® where you could earn the chance to compete for the title of National Champion*.
What is Maintenance Mania?
Maintenance Mania® is a national program offered by the National Apartment Association (NAA) and presented by HD Supply (HDS), where maintenance technicians compete against each other in various skill based games. In a matter of minutes, participating attendees could win an all expense* paid trip to Boston for the NAA Education Conference in June 2012 where they will compete against the top 20 individuals nationwide. These top 20 individuals will receive *airfare, hotel accommodations and conference registration courtesy of HD Supply.
In the past three years, Chad Bernhardt of Domain Equity/Towne Properties was one of the top competitors who competed in Maintenance Mania at the 2008, 2009 and 2010 NAA Education Conferences in Orlando, Florida, Las Vegas and New Orleans. Over $14,000 in prizes were won by the top 3 competitors and we are sure there is more planned for 2011.

All you need to do to compete is build a race car from maintenance products ahead of the event. You can compete in one or all games, with your cheers and support everyone is sure to have a good time.

*Participants must compete in all seven challenges plus enter a car in the race car competition to be able to qualify for a spot in the National Championship.

Sponsorship Opportunities
1. Game Sponsor: Includes 6’ table at sponsored game, signage at the event, publicity in the monthly newsletter through September, company listing on gcnkaa.org and the opportunity to meet and greet all competitors. Sponsor must provide one game judge. Events for 2011 include Appliance Repair, Door Security Installation, Faucet Installation, Lockset Re-Key, Fire Safety and CO Alarm Installation, Ceiling Fan Installation, Toilet Repair and the Race Car Competition. The Race Car Sponsorship also includes a private VIP table for up to 10 guests at the finish line of the race track. Ideal for Associate Members, there are only 7 available at $200 each and the Race Car Competition Sponsorship is $300.
2. Trophy Sponsor: Company name included on trophies for overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Company also gets listed on all signage and in the newsletter from July through September. Ideal for Associate Members, there are only 3 available at $125 each.
3. Food Sponsor: Company gets listed on all signage and in the newsletter from July through September. Ideal for Management Companies and Associate Members, sponsorships are $100 each. There is no limit.
4. Beverage Sponsor: Company gets listed on all signage and in the newsletter from July through September. Ideal for Management Companies and Associate Members, sponsorships are $100 each. There is no limit.
