Back by popular demand, Dave Lockard of CBRE will once again present his Annual State of The Industry Report at the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association’s February General Membership Dinner Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2012. This is the most popular meeting of the year, with a crowd of over 300 in attendance last year, answering all your questions regarding trends in the local apartment industry.
Dave Lockard is a team leader of the 6-person Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing Group within CBRE. Dave and his team specialize in the sale of apartment properties in Southern Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. Dave has worked in the apartment industry for the past 20 years and is a Past President of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. Dave and his combined team have closed more than $2.0 billion in apartment sales. Dave is a part of the CB Richard Ellis Major Account Group (MAG) and is an expert on Capital Markets. The February General Membership Dinner Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at the SYNDICATE, 18 East Fifth Street in Newport, Kentucky. Networking begins at 5:30 pm and the cost is $35 per person. We will also be accepting full table of 10 reservations for $350. Parking is available across the street for $2. Due to the number of anticipated reservations, any sign-ups made after Friday, February 17 at noon will be assessed a $7 late registration fee.
