2012 Directory

It’s that time of year again!  The goal this year is to have your 2012 Membership Directory in your hands by the middle of January.  To do this, we need your help. We recently mailed out the current proof of how your company will be listed in the 2012 Directory.  Please review the proof carefully in its entirety.  If there are any changes that need to be made, please correct the information and fax, mail or email back to Michele at the Apartment Association by December 2, 2011.  All changes MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.  Any changes made after December 2, 2011 will not appear until the 2013 Membership Directory.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SECTION: As an Associate Member, you are allowed up to three (3) free listings in the Product and Services section.   If you are a new member in 2011, please specify the headings under which you wish to be included.  If your company does not fall under any of the current headings in the 2011 Membership Directory, we will add them for you as you wish.  If you do not select any headings, we will not list you in the Product & Services section.  If you would like to be listed in more than three (3) categories, there will be a $10 charge per extra listing.

The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association Membership Directory is an exclusive “Members Only” publication produced yearly.  This year’s advertising rates are as follows:

 The Cover and Tab advertisements are sold on a “first right of refusal” basis.  Therefore, if your company had an ad in either of these locations last year, you do have the opportunity to retain that position.  If you do not wish to renew your ad, then this space becomes available to our other advertisers.

 Full, half and quarter page ads are available.  These are not placed on a “guaranteed placement” arrangement. 

The deadline for camera-ready artwork is Friday, December 2.  THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE DEADLINE FOR TAB PAGE ADS!  If you would like us to assist you in the design of your ad, please give us a call by Friday, November 18 so we have plenty of time to work out the details.
