ROC

The ROC course is offered to the Independent Rental Owner (IRO), who owns and manages their personally-held multifamily property or properties. The Independent Rental Owner serves several roles in property management, serving as public relations specialist, administrator, chief financial officer, marketing director and operations manager. Independent Rental Owners take the ROC as an overview of the many business practices of property management. With the help of other IROs who devoted their time and expertise to this program, the new Independent Rental Owner will receive the “insider’s view” of property ownership and management practices.
