Call Source Online Education

GCNKAA has partnered with the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) and CallSource to launch a universal online-based Learning Management System (LMS) that will be utilized across all NAA affiliates. On this new system, you can sign up for GCNKAA’s in person courses and seminars, and take online courses 24 hours a day. These interactive online courses are designed to last about an hour. You can take any of the over 40 courses without leaving the office or home, and you are able to go at your own pace. Some of the course topics offered includes:

• Fair Housing for On-Site
• Fair Housing for Maintenance
• Customer Service for the Office & Maintenance Teams
• Bed Bugs 101
• Multifamily Internet Sales and Marketing
• And many more!

Upon completion, you will be able to print a certificate. Each online course is worth one (1) Continuing Education Credit (CEC) and is available to you in both Spanish and English.

Fees per Course

• Members -  As low as $18 per class and up to only $59 per class
• Non-members –  $69 per class
